Pope apologises for sex abuse

Pope Benedict has apologised for clergy sex abuse and said that he feels ashamed at what has happened.

This was a profound personal apology, delivered during Mass at at St Mary’s Cathedral in Sydney. There were many bishops, priests, brothers and sisters at the Mass, at which a new alter was also dedicated. Continue…
